Beth Cook bio
A social psychologist of sorts, Beth Cook analyzes her personal and professional experiences, exposing behavioral trends, motivations, beliefs, desires and decision-making processes. Using visual and verbal languages rooted in corporate, self-help and pop cultures, her text and image-based maps and graphs possess a naivety deriving from her futile attempt to rein control over a chaotic world. She holds a MFA degree from the California College of the Arts, San Francisco (2005) and a BFA from Syracuse University, NY (2001).
